Guests Transportation

This is not always a priority in the wedding planning but we can organise coaches to transport guests to and from the ceremony, arrange airport transfers for your guests who do not wish to hire a car during their stay, organise car hire for those that do. We can even arrange transport for the Hen and Stag night suggesting suitable locations to visit. During the time you and your guests are with us we will be on hand to assist in all aspects of travel in the area you are in.

Wedding Car

In Italy the journeys to and from the ceremony to the reception are often accompanied by all the members of the wedding party sounding their car horns as they pass through the streets, this is normal and is their way of bringing to everyone attention the joyous event that is occurring. Every bride wants to arrive at the wedding Ceremony in style and the choice of transport is very important, often even the groom gets interested in this part of the planning for the wedding and has an opinion on what transport to use.

What ever you both wish to have as your transport we will endeavour to find it. We can supply many types of cars from Vintage to modern with or without drivers, Whether you want a Rolls Royce, Jaguar or Bentley allowing you to arrive in luxury or maybe you both prefer a slightly more light hearted approach arriving in a Volkswagon beetle convertible or a fiat cinque cento we have the solutions. Guests Car Hire

Whatever you require in the way of transport for you and your guests during your stay here in Italy we can help. If car hire is required then through our preferred supplier Holiday Autos we can arrange hire for periods of 1 day to 1 month at very competitive rates. Generally cars can be collected from the airport however for those who may arrive by train or only require a car for 1 or 2 days there are also locations in all major towns and cities. For those guests who don’t fancy the idea of driving in Italy where the normally mild and easy going Italians all decide they are formula 1 drivers when they get behind the wheel of a car, then we can organise airport transfers to and from their accommodation.

Bus Tours for you and your Guests

During your time here in Italy you may wish to visit some of Italy’s wonderful historic cities or perhaps a trip to a vineyard in the area for lunch and wine tasting. Or if you and your party would like to have your Hen and Stag nights in a city such as Florence, we are happy to organise coaches from 12 to 55 seats to transport you all together in luxury. Transport for guests to and from the wedding ceremony can also be arranged by coach or taxi. We have solutions for all your travel needs here in Tuscany.
