Adding this short, which means
“please respond” is always very
important but, for you, it
becomes essential. Since you are
organising your wedding abroad,
you need to know, much in
advance how many people will
attend the ceremony and, most of
all, will need an accommodation.
An other way is to add the
wording
"Regrets" or "Regrets Only"
which means that only guests who
can't make it need to respond.
This way, the couple assumes
that if you don't respond, you

Maps cards
This card may is essential, if
your guests are coming to

guests some activities during
their stay in Tuscany like for
example wine tasting lessons
with visit of cellars or a relax
day in a thermal spa, a concert
evening or an excursion, if you
are going to celebrate together
also a rehearsal dinner, a
brunch or a night in disco, a
plan card could be funny and
useful touch which will help
your guests understanding how
things will be.
Programs
Programs are an extra touch that
help guests understand any
special rites that are used in
Italian Town Halls or, in case
of religious weddings, that are
unfamiliar to people of a
different religion.

souvenir of your wedding, you
can arrange a small table at the
entrance or in the reception
hall. You will put an open blank
guestbook on it to give
