HOW to choose the Perfect flower decoration

Which is your favorite flower? Which is your colour? What kind of style do you expect from your wedding? Once you have pointed out these main details, everything is a game. We will se together pictures and example until we get to the right flower decoration for you. There is no rule, you can choose whatever you wish according to your own tastes, you can be minimal or baroque, all white or coloured. Here you have just some ideas or suggestions we could develop.

Spring Weddings Flowers

Choose flowers in soft shapes, such as alliums, peonies and sweet peas, and have arrangement in wicker baskets or silver buckets to decorate this tables. For a more formal look, go with structured blooms such as lilies, orchids or tulips. A single blossom attached to each napkin makes a lovely place setting.

Summer Weddings Flowers

It is important to choose flowers that won’t drop when it’s hot. To make a real splash, sunflowers will look amazing or for a more formal look, carry a few white arum lilies or a posy of lily of the valley tied with satin ribbon. You can also add organza bows and crystal or light detail for a magic feeling.

Autumn Weddings Flowers

in Tuscany this is the vintage period. An idea could be to concentrate on wine, bunches of grapes and leaves and add coloured flowers like gerberas. Otherwise you can go for euphorbias, dahlias or yellow calla liles. Dramatic shower bouquets can include autumnal twigs, berries, herbs and leaves.

Winter Weddings Flowers

For your bouquet you can choose deep red, velvety roses surrounded by lush greenery, flowing ivy and lots of Christmassy berry. You can opt for theatrical decorations. By sprinkling glitter or frosting on flowers, centrepieces will acquire a little sparkle. Then candles will be added to make tables twinkle on a dark winter’s evening.

Bride's House

Flowers will adorn the house or other place where the bride will get ready, most of all if there will be a photographer during the preparation. Flowers will match with the theme of the wedding and with the general atmosphere of the rooms. Some bunches put on strategic points will give a harmonious style to the different interiors. In the entrance few flowers will be enough if there are some green house plants.

The wedding Car

A flower composition will be put on the rear window and some flowers will adorn the dashboard. Also outside the car can be decorated with ribbons and flowers on the bonnet

The Church

In choosing the decoration for the church the most important thing is to concentrate on the building itself. It is essential to underline the beauty of the atmosphere without crashing against it. You can just choose a beautiful composition for the altar or add many other things. The couple’s chairs could be decorated with an elegant cloth, with ribbons and flowers. You can also add flower compositions at both sides. Flowers, candles and composition may adorn the pews and the entrance. For a very romantic feeling a red or cream carpet with petals could complete the decoration.

The Town Hall

In Tuscany municipalities give to the couples the opportunity to get married in charming setting, inside or outside the most beautiful palazzos. It is therefore not necessary to add much decoration in order to obtain a striking effect. We would suggest at least a flower decoration on the table. Then every other decoration can be added, similar to the church on the chairs of the bride and the groom, around the place of the ceremony, on the carpet and so on.

The Bouquet

The brides bouquet is her real jewel, it is the expression of her essence, and a very well accepted gift to who ever wished to get married next. Round, long stemmed, short stemmed, structured or natural with color or just ivory, elegant or rustic……… a small detail that will lead the ceremony. Many other pretty and important details will give the general idea of beauty and elegance starting from the boutonnieres, to the cushion for the rings, to the basket for the rice or for the pigeons.

The Reception

Much depends on the style of the location. There is obviously a great difference between an ancient elegant villa or castle and a farmhouse or a garden. Wedding Tuscany will suggest you the most appropriate style following your wishes the general theme of the wedding and the kind of reception you have chosen. For a traditional seated meal, at least centrepieces for each table and for the buffet are requested but you can also chose to put flowered place cards for everyone or flowers everywhere in the hall.
