The small complex of buildings, seen from the Parco of Florence just across the river, seems almost like a hamlet from the Tuscan countryside, and yet, since the 19th Century it has been a factory, and then a group of artisan workshops, before serving in recent years as the architecture studio. Location 75 consists of 8 studios, each with independent entrance.the studios differ in size from 300 to 1000 suare feet as well as in form and layout, some with private terrace , others opening directly onto the garden. A few have panoramic views towards the park or toward the imposing Cupola of Brunelleschi.
All the studios feature: private entrance, guest controlled temperature, mini bar, tea and coffee kit, telephone, ADSL internet line, LCD television, cd/dvd player, hairdryer.
