Eventi, Wedding Tuscany is able to help you arranging your wedding step by step. We don’t want to prepare package weddings, we wish to follow you from the very beginning without leaving you alone in any moment.

Since Eventi is strongly convinced that your wedding has to be a unique moment, something you will keep in your mind for ever, we wish to create the event together with you, listening to all your expectations, wishes and doubts.

Once you start thinking of a wedding abroad, we warmly suggest you to have a look to our different venue proposals. Each one of them has peculiarities and details, which can attract your attention even if they are not your first choice. Try to see each idea, consider if you prefer to live your special day in a famous art city or in a village immersed into nature, or on the seaside, in a more famous or in a exclusive area. Consider if you wish your guests to be together with you or if you prefer to have a different accommodation from them. Consider if you are dreaming of a luxury villa or a more familiar farmhouse. Don’t worry about distances from the airport. Wedding Tuscany is always able to arrange transportation for small and big groups and for single guests.

After all these considerations, you may be still unsure and confused. At this point Wedding Tuscany suggests to select more than a location and ask us for details and information. The best thing could be for you to come and visit as many locations as you can. An inspection visit could give you the possibility to understand what you really FEEL may be YOUR PERFECT SETTING!!! Moreover you have the possibility to meet someone of our staff, potentially your personal wedding planner and discuss about each doubt, detail or service.

After the inspection or, at a first stage of your choice, you can ask us to stop options at the location you prefer. Later on you will be able to take your decision and reserve the venue.

An other very important aspect is the ceremony. Once you have decided the kind of ceremony you wish (religious, civil, symbolic) and read the information we give, two important things have to be done: to reserve the venue (Town Hall, Church, Chapel) and to start we the necessary documents following our indication.

In order to confirm all or some of the services required, you and Eventi will sign a contract and you will pay a small non-refundable deposit.

You are free to add extra services whenever you wish. As for flowers, music, transportation, photographer and all other services, we will constantly exchange examples and ideas until you find what you really like.

Eventi will provide you with proforma invoices during the preparation of the wedding and will issue a final invoice in the moment of the payment of the balance.

You can always add some extras later on and they will be invoiced separately.
Eventi Wedding Tuscany will follow you step by step, inviting you to hurry up, when and if it is the case, reassuring you when you feel a little bit confused, will create together with you and according to your personality, all funny aspects of the preparations, and will make you forget each kind of stress. Eventi Wedding Tuscany will give you information, will solve troubles, will give you suggestions, will propose you ideas, will answer your doubts until some days before your departure when you will be given a complete program where each detail is listed and explained in order to check if everything correspond to what you wanted.

During your stay and the day of the wedding you can choose to have the personal assistance of a member of our staff, otherwise you will always have telephone number you can call in case of need.;
