The seating plan
If you are thinking about where
to sit everyone at the
reception, if traditional rules
cause you much troubles, you
don’t have to worry. If you are
sure that someone does not get
with someone else, you must
always give your attention to
your first purpose. Your wedding
has to be stress-free, you can
easily break with tradition and
sit members of the same family
separately, if this is
necessary. Try to create a
balance on each table among
women and men and avoid mixing
age groups too much.
To indicate table setting we
will help creating together a
table plan decorated with
flowers, pictures or whatever is
the main theme of your wedding
or, we can decide to put just
the place card on the tables,
handwriting them or printing
them in the shape you like.
Fireworks
Think about a summer night, all
your guests are in the garden,
feeling the magic atmosphere of
the stars in the sky and of your
special moment. The waiters have
just brought a wonderful wedding
cake. All people are ready to
celebrate you with a bottle of
champagne in their hands, the
music underlines this unique
instant and…surprise!! Suddenly
an explosion of colours and
lights breaks the silence of the
darkness behind you. All your
guests look at the sky with
astonished eyes and a big smile
on their face!! You and your new
wife or husband look at each

happiness.

For your children
If you decide that you are
content with having children at
your wedding but you are afraid
they can be bored after ten
minutes, a very good idea is to
hire a baby sitter for the
babies and an animator for boys
and girls.
Wedding Tuscany is able to
arrange a little nursery where
babies will have the complete
attention of a babysitter and
where mothers could go whenever
they wish.
For children everything can be
done in order to give parents
the tranquillity that they enjoy
the party. A small table can be
arranged for a small group and a
particular menu can be studied.
An animator will play with the
children, bringing also customes
and make up for funny show, toys
and music or puppets or whatever
may attire the curiosity of the
younger guests.
Favors - Bomboniere
To thank the guest for having
made a gift and having
participated to the ceremony and
the reception, bride and groom
usually arrange a small pretty
present to give together with
the famous Italian “confetti”(white
sugarcoated almond or
chocolate). They are supposed to
send them after the ceremony but
it has become very common to
give them at the end of the
reception or even to put them on
each place at table. Wedding

right object, which may be a
small glass or a mini-bottle of
wine or oil, or a pottery or
else and which can be
